Notice is hereby given that OUTDOOR RESORTS OF AMERICA,
INC., Plaintiff/Appellant, appeals to the District Court of

Appeal, Fourth District of Florida, the Final Judgment of this
Court rendered March 16, 1979. The nature of the Final Judgment
is a final order at the conclusion of anon-jury trial dismissing
the Plaintiff's cause for injunctive relief with prejudice on the
grounds that the provisions of the Declaration of Condominium
sought to be enforced are unenforceable as they constitute
unreasonable restraints on trade in violation of the public
policy of the State of Florida.
