This matter having come on to be heard this 5th
~ day of April, 1979 on the wife's Petition for Modification
and both parties having been present with respective counsel,
and the court having heard testimony of the parties and con-
sidered the evidence and being otherwise. fully .advised in the
premises, and further, the court recognizes that the, parties
had previously entered into a stipulation and settlement
agreement and that the burden of proof is on the moving party
when modification is sought, and that such moving party must
demonstrate that there has occurred a substantial change in

~ circumstances, and the court having found that no such sub-
I
stantial change in the circumstances has occured, it is hereby
i
f ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
That the Petition for Modification is denied.
