STIPULATED -MOTION FOR CONTINUANCE AND ORDER
Defendant, VIOLET MELINE, by and through her undersigned
attorney, hereby moves for a continuance of the trial in the above
matter which is presently scheduled for April 16, 1979 at 9:30 a.m.,
on the grounds that the attorney for the Defendant must undergo
emergency surgery and will, therefore, b~ unable to try the case on
the date specified and requests the entry of an Order granting a
continuance and requesting that the trial be re-scheduled by the
Court for its next trial term.
