pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in case no. 78-271-CA of this

Court, directing the instant Quiet Title Action, the Judgment Creditor

therein, Luella J. O'Neill, has a period of 90 days from the date
of said Final Judgment to conduct a Quiet Title Action and has on
this date filed the necessary Complaint to commence same. However,
such action involves unknown parties and also named Defendants whose
residence and address are unknown to the Plaintiff at this time and
