ORDER APPOINTING GUARDIAN
AD LITEM AND ATTORNEY AD LITEM
This action having come to be heard upon Plaintiff's Motion
for Appointment of Guardian Ad Litem and Attorney Ad Litem for the
above Defendants, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that: t
1. FRANK H. FEE, Iii, is hereby appointed as Guardian Ad
Litem and Attorney Ad Litem for all unknown party defendants and any
named party defendant who fails to file any paper on counsel for
the Plaintiff or file any paper required by law within the time set
by this Court.

! 2. It shall not be necessary for the Guardian Ad Litem
and Attorney_Ad Litem to file an Oath.

3. The filing of an Answer or other paper shall be
acceptance of his appointment and undertaking on his part to discharge
faithfully the duties of his office.
4. It shall not be necessary for the Guardian Ad Litem/
~ Attorney Ad Litem to be served with process in this cause as the r
filing of an Answer or other paper by him shall be deemed to be '
