FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for-trial on the 6th day of
April, 1979, and the Court, having given full consideration
to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has
jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit;
j that. the relation of husband and wife now exists between the
~ parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irre-
trievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows':

f dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever

{ freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between E
~ ~ them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
- 2. CUSTODY. Custody of DEANNA L. ROBERTS and
ii CHRISTINE ROBERTS, minor children of the parties, is hereby
~ awarded to PATSY ROBERTS, with reasonable visitation rights
reserved to MILES ROBERTS.
3. SUPPORT. Commencing on the day of
April, 1979, MILES ROBERTS shall pay to PATSY ROBERTS the sum
s of $50.00 per week per child, and on each and every
