him remitted promptly to PATSY ROBERTS. In addition, there
is herein assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be
added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall
be made in cash, money order, or cashier's check. Both of
the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised
of their mailing and residence addresses at all times while 1
this Order is in effect.
4. PROPERTY. The wife is hereby awarded the
interest of the husband in the marital home and premises lo-
cated on the following-described real property, situate in
. Saint Lucie County, Florida, as a lump sum award of alimony:

run West 819.12 feet to the point of beginning

I and MILES ROBERTS shall execute a quit claim deed to said marital
} home and real property within fifteen (15) days from the date
~~of this Order. In the event MILES ROBERTS fails to execute

the quit claim deed within fifteen (15) days from the date of

~ this Order, the Final Judgment Dissolution of Marriage shall

~ iact as a conveyance of MILES ROBERTS' interest in the afore-

lisaid real property to PATSY ROBERTS.

Further, the wife is hereby awarded the husband's

interest in the 1975 Mercury automobile which is titled in the
husband's name, as~a partial lump sum alimony award. The husband
t is further ordered to transfer the title of said automobile to
the wife within ten (10) days of the date of this Order.
` ~ 5. MEDICAL EXPENSES. All medical, dental,
