the husband, MILES ROBERTS.
6. FURNISHINGS. All the furniture, furnishings, _
and fixtures located in the home occupied by the parties is
hereby awarded to the wife and shall be the exclusive property
or the wife, and the husband relinquishes all interest he may
have in said property.
7. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is
hereby en3oined and restrained from interfering with, harassing
or annoying the other.
- 8. FEES AND COSTS. The Court determines the
sum of $250.00 to be reasonable for the wife's attorney for
his services. herein and MILES ROBERTS is ordered to pay to
the law firm of Sullivan and Cobb said sum within 30 days
from the date of this Order.
9. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause,
and the parties hereto, is retained for the entry of such
~ further orders as may be proper.
