Such providons as are incorporated by reference hereinto ahaU be Uniform Covenants 1 through 17 and
Non-Uniform Covenant: 18, 19, 20, 22, and 23 of this Mortgage. Borrower and Lender agree that all
references to the Property, Borrower, Lender and Note contained in the above described master form of
mortgage and incorporated by nfenna hereinto shall be comRrued to mean the Property, Batower, Lender
and the Note defir?sd herein. Borrower aclusowledges receipt of a copy of the complete text of the provisions
hereby incorporated by reference into this Mortgage.
ADDITIONAL NON-UNIFORM COVENANTS. Borrower and Lender further covenant and agree
as follows:
- 21. Future Advances. Upon request by Borrower, Lender, at Lender's option within twenty years
from the date of this Mortgage, may make .Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with
interest thereon, shall be secured by this Mortgage when evidenced by promisaoryr notes stating that acid
notes are secured hereby. At no time mall the prindpal amount of the indebtedness aectabd by this Mort-
gage, not including sums advanced in accacdance herewith to protect the security- of this Mortgage, exceed
