parcel also referred to as Parcel, "M", and being more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the centerline of Prima
Vista Boulevard and Airosa Avenge as indicated on said Plat
of RIVER PARK, UNIT 5, run S 00 04'W along the centerline of
Airosa Avenue fora distance of 50 feet; thence S 89° 56' E
.along the Southerly Right-of-Way line of Prima Vista boulevard
for a distance of 750 feet to the point of curvature of a
circular curve to the left, being along the Southerly Right-
of-Way line of Prima Vista Boulevard_and having a radius of
4659.25 feet;. thence Northeasterly along the Arc of said
circular curve; through a central angle of 4°21'56" for a
distance of 355 feet to the Point of Beginning of the parcel
of land hereinafter described: Thence continue along the arc
of said circular curve and s$id Southerly right-of-way line,
through a central angle of 0 59'01.5" for a distance of 80
feet; thence S 05°16'57.5" E and radial to last mentioned
curve for a distance of 130 feet to a point on a curve having
a radius of 4789.25 feet and being concentric with the previous y
