LESS AND EXCEPTING THEREFROM the East 175 feet of the North
471.55 feet thereof; ALSO EXCEPTING the right of way for
Orange Avenue.
TOGETHER WITH an easement for ingress and egress from Douglas E.
Mullins and Edith G. Mullins, his wife, to Star Construction
Company of Ft. Pierce, Inc., dated April 18, 1969, recorded in
O.R. Book 176, page 2634 of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, over the property as more fully described in
said grant of easement; and SUBJECT TO an easement reserved by
Douglas E. Mullins, joined by his wife, Edith G. Mullins, in
that certain warranty deed of conveyance dated April 18, 1969,

I Lucie County, Florida, to Star Construction Company of Ft. Pierce,
(I Inc., a Florida corporation.
I THIS IS A FIFTH MORTGAGE, subject and inferior to a fourth
~ mortgage held by the mortgagees dated April 19, 1978, recorded
i ~ in O.R. Book 285, page 1852; to a third mortgage held by the
~ ~ mortgagees dated April 2, 1976, recorded in O.R. Book 251,
~ t~ page 599, and to a second mortgage also held by the within
~ mortgagees dated February 21, 1973, recorded in O.R. Book 211,
page 699; all in the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida; and this fifth mortgage secures the repayment of-the
E annual installment of principal on the promissory note secured
i; by the aforesaid second mortgage note, which ins~~llment was
