THIS CAUSE came on for heariag this_30th day of March, 1979, and Respondent a
RAY VICKERS having agreed to pay the arrears of $402.00 this date, the Motion for Bn- `
forcemeat is hereby dismissed.
ORDBRBD AND ADJUDGED, as a matter of Law, future payments shall be reduced by
the sum of $50.00 per month, from $200.00 to $150.00 per month, because one child, Dianna,
reached her majority as of March 27, 1979. It is
FURTHER ORDBRBD that child support payments shall be made on the last day of
each month through the Clerk of the Court in cash, cashier's check or money order to-
gether with the statutory fee of $2.00. It is
FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGBD that as of this time the Respondent is gainfully
employed with an income of $150.00 per week, as stated in Open Court, and that payments
herein are to be made promptly to the Court. If Respondent fails to make payments as
provided, upon written affidavit of Petitioner, he shall be required to serve
days in the St. Lucie County Jail.
JURISDICTION of this cause, and the parties hereto is retained for~the entry
