This cause having come on to be heard upon the Husbands r.
Petition for Child Custody and the Court having jurisdiction of the
matter and having heard and considered the evidence and having

entered a. Default against the Wife and it appearing to the Court
that the Wife is not a fit and proper person to have custody of the
children and that it is in the best interests of the children that
the Husband have custody, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Husbands Petition for Child
Custody is hereby granted and permanent custody of the minor chil-
~dren: MORELL NEOPLEAON STUBERFIELD, LISA DESHUN ELAINE STUBERP'IELD
BRENT DWANE ANTONIO STUBERFIELD, and JAMES EDWARD STUBERFIELD, JR
is thereby granted to the Husband, JAMES E. STUBERFIELD.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Wife shall be restrained

f=om interfering with the control and custody of the children and
'the Wife shall be restrained from harassing the Husband or the
children until such time that she can demonstrate to the Court that
