2. Exhibit No. "1" to the Declaration of Condominium

is amended by substituting therefor Exhibit No. "1" attached F
hereto and hereby made a part hereof. This amendment is made
for the purpose of correcting certain scrivener's errors that
appeared in said Exhibit No. "1" and, in addition, is made by
the Developer pursuant to 5718.403, Florida Statutes, relating
to the addition of phases to a phase condominium. Developer
hereby submits to the .condominium form of ownership pursuant to
the Condominium Aot those certain lands described in this
Certificate as Phase B to GOLF VILLAS, A CONDOMINIUM. Attached
hereto as Exhibit No. "1" hereto is a Survey Exhibit containing
• the information required by 5718.104(4)(e), Florida Statutes,
relating to said Phase 8 as well as the legal description of
said Phase B lands hereby submitted to condominium ownership.
The shares of Common Elements and Common Surplus shall
be adjusted in accordance with Article V of said Declaration of
Condominium.
3. Both, HUTCHINSON ISLAND LIMITED PARTNERSHIP and
GOLF VILLAS, INCORPORATED have joined in, duly enacted, and con-
sented to this Certificate so that the amendments hereinabove
recited have been made, enacted and approved by both said parties
in conformance with the said Declaration of Condominium, 5718.110,
Florida Statutes and $718.403, Florida Statutes.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused
these presents to be signed in their names by their proper
officers, this 11th day of April, 1979.
