JOINDER OF MORTGAGEB
THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF CHICAGO, a National Banking Association,
hereinafter called "Mortgagee", the owner and holder of a Mortgage made by
HUTCHINSON ISLAND LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a Florida limited partnership, herein-
after called "Mortgagor", upon those lands located in Palm Beach County, Florida,
described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof, which
Mortgage is dated August 15, 1978, and recorded August 16, 1978, in Official
Record Book 292, Pages 1643 through 1650, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, loins in the making of the Declaration of Condominium of GOLF
VILLAS, a condominium,~filed by said Mortgagor, and Mortgagee agrees that the
lien of its Mortgage, insofar as said Mortgage encumbers the real property
which has been submitted to condominium ownership according to the said
Declaration.of Condomiuium of GOLF VILLAS, a condominium shall be upon the
following described property located in St. Lucie County, Florida:
All of the Condominium Units of GOLF VILLAS, a
condominium, according to the Declaration of
Condominium thereof, together with all appurtenances
to the Condominium Units, including but not limited
to all of the undivided shares of the Common Elements.
It being understood and agreed that this Joinder of Mortgagee shall not affect
any other real property or any other terms of that Mortgage referred to above,
or the Note secured. thereby, except as herein stated.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Mortgagee has executed this Joinder this
