BEFORE ME, an Officer duly authorized in the State and County aforesaid to
take acknowledgments, personally appeared MERLE AINSWORTH, to me well knawn, and who
being duly sworn deposes and says:
TNAT she and DONALD ~1. AINSWiORTH, her husband, were the Grantees in that certain
Warranty Deed dated October 29, 1969, filed November 19, 1969 and recorded in Official
Records. Book 181, Page 407 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, on the
following described property, to-wit: , _
Lot 12, Block 500, PORT ST. LUCIE, SECTION TEN (10), a Subdivision -
according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 12, Pages 49,
49A-49G of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida
THAT she and DONALD W. AINSWORTH were married, each to the other, at the time of
