IDA E. KINSLER TRUST AGREEMENT
AGREEMENT made on May 2 , 1974, between Ida E. Kinsler
(Settlor) residing at Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, and Philip J.
Kinsler (Trustee) residing at Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin.
1. Name. This trust shall be known as the IDA E. KINSLER
TRUST.
2. Property, Settlor hereby transfers and delivers to Trustee
the property listed in the schedule annexed hereto to have and to
hold the same and any other property which the Trustee may, pursuant
to the terms hereof, at any time hereafter hold or acquire for the

uses and purposes and upon the terms and conditions herein.

~ 3. Revocable. The Settlor reserves the right at any time
` c during her lifetime to amend, alter or revoke this trust in whole

E or in part, by an instrument signed by her and delivered to the Trustee.

~ W Such an amendment, alteration or revocation shall be operative upon

~ such delivery during the Settlor's ~ifetime. Upon revocation, the

~ Trustee shall pay or transfer to the Settlor, or to those whom the
; Settlor may direct, all of the trust funds and property then in the

s ~a 4. Disposition during Settlor's lifetime. The Trustee shall

hold, manage, invest and reinvest the trust property and shall collect
the income therefrom, and deducting all necessary expenses incident
to the administration of the trust, shall dispose of the net income

; and corpus as the Settlor may direct in writing from time to time;
