In the event that the Settlor is for any reason unable or.unwillinq to give specific directions as to sucli dispositions, tYie Trustee is requested 'to use his-discretion liberally i.n providing for her suppoit, medical care and benefit, considering the standard of living to which she has been accustomed at the-time of the execution of this trust and ~considering bu~ not being bound by other resources available for that purpose. : . 5. -~Disposition upon Settlor's death. Upon the death of the ~Settlor, the firustee shall pay to the personal representative of ~ - j the Settlor's estate out of the assets of this trust whatever sum ; is--demanded-in writing by the personal-representative to satisfy l ' ` all debts of the Settlor owing at the time~of her death, her funeral i E ' ! expenses, the expenses of administration of her estate, the federal 3 ~ estate tax on the estate, and all Wisconsin inheritance taxes and ~ ~ other estate, inheritance,-legacy and succession taxes of any nature ~ •payahle'b~i reason of her death; provided, however, that any life ! ~ i:~surance proceeds received by the Trustee shall not be so used. € ~ After the payment of the debts, taxes, and~.expenses of admin- istration, the trust shall terminate and all of th,e assets then ~ remaining shall be distri.buted as follo~s: ~a~ The trust assets shall be distri.buted to the Settlor's ~ ~ children, David M.
