8. Choi;ce, o~ lav~t. . The_ canstructioa, intexpretation and validity
af this instrument, and tfie rigFits of parties--under and ~y virtue of
it, shall be governed by the laws of tIie State of-Wisconsin. The
_ situs of this trust, wIiich shall initially be i.n Htisconsin, may be
moved by the Trustee to any place the Trustee consider desirable.
~9~. Estate_tax bonds. If, at the death of the Settlor, the
Trustee hold as assets of this trust any obliqations of the United
States which are or will be-redeemable at par in payment of federal
estate taxes, this trust shall terminate in favor of the Settlor's
