Mortgage when evideacod by promissory notes stating that said notes are secured hereby. At no time shaU the principal
amou~t of the indebttdnas secured by this Morigage, not including sums advanced in aocordance herewith to protect the
security of this Mortgage, excood the original amount of the Note plus USS - .8, 550.00

22. Rdea~e. Upon payment of all sums secured by this Mortgage, Lender shall release this Mortgage without chuge
to Borrower. Borrower shall pay atl costs of recordation. if any.
23. Aftoraey's Feea. As used in this Mortgage and in the Note, "attorney's fees" shall include attorney's fees. if any,
which may be awuded by an appeltate court.
