~ I, ti0NR0E TUCKER, a resident of the County ot St. Lucie, State
of Florida, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be ~~y Last Will and
Testament, and hereby revoke any and all other Wills and Codicils heretofore made
by me.
FIRST: I direct my Ca-Executrices to pay out of my estate all of
my just debts, including the expenses of my last illness and funeral expenses, as
soon after my demise as is practicable.
SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and
remainder of my property, real and personal, wherever situate, and Whether
acquired before or after the execution of this Hill, including any li.fe insurance
payable to my estate, to my step-daughters, i~tAMIE MA3{WELL and FRANCIS MEDIHA,
b~oth of Fort Pierce, Florida, in equal shares, to be theirs absolutely.
THIRD: I hereby nominate, constitute, and appoint my
step-daughters, MAHIE MAXtiELL and FRANCIS [~SEDINA, Co-Executrices of this, my
, Last Hill and Testament, excusing them from giving any bond. I expressly confer
ug~on said Co-Executrices full authority and poWer to sell and convey any part or

~ all of said estate at public or private sale, Kith or Without notice, as they
