THIS CASE came before the Court upon the Plaintiff's
Motion for Final Judgment, and the Court having noted that
all three parties to-wit: A.S.H., INC., ART J.1~iALI,GREN and
MRS. ANNIE C. HALLGREN, his wife, have all been served, but ' ~
have failed to fiie any responsive pleading and further that

a.Clerk has entered a Default Judgment as to the corporate
Defendant, A.S.H., Inc.,and the Court further noting the
non-Military Affidavits as to Art J. Hallgren and Mrs. Annie =

C. Aallgen, and the Court noting that the ~e~ee of the
hearing for the Motion for Final Judgment has been mailed and
