5. The Plaintiff may bid for and be the purchaser of the {

property at the sale and may bid the mortgage lien as cash up to ~

the amount secured by the mortgage. Should the Plaintiff be the s

successful bidder, then.after confirmation of the sale, whether ~
such confirmation be by the Clerk filing the Certificate of Title 4

' as provided by statute, or by Order of this Court, the Plaintiff ;
shall pay al l of the items and ~amounts as provided in Paragraph__4~__
above. The Plaintiff shall, after making all of said payments, ,
credit the balance of the amount bid against the amount due under
this Judgment.
6. After confirmation of the sale, whether by the Clerk
filiny his Certificate of Title, or by the Court, each Detendant

and all persons claiming any right, title or interest in and to said ;

property by or through the Defendant(s) or any of them, or otherwise, k

since the commencement of this suit are severally barred and ~
foreclosed of and from any and all right, title, interest, claim, ~

property, possession, or demand in or to the property, and the ~

purchaser at the sale an8 the purchaser's yrantees or agents shall ;

be let into possession of the property.
After the entry of the Final Judgment of Foreclosure
and Sale, and upon the furnishing and substitution of~a photocopy `

of the original I~lortgage Note, Mortgage and Assignment of Mortgage, ~

the Clerk is authori2ed and directed to withdraw and deliver the ~
~ originals of the Mortgage Note, Mortgage and Assiqnment of Mortgaye !

~ 8. This Court retains jurisdiction of this cause, and the

; parties thereto, for the purpose of making such further orders and -

~ judgments as this case requires. _
