Plaintiffs for a Final Judgment, and the Court after having noted the
entry of a Default by the Defendant, and being otherwise fully
advised in these premises, it is thereupon ~

1. That a Final Judgment is hereby entered on behalf of the
Plaintiff, AMERICAN SERVICE CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation,
