ORDER
This case coming on to be heard upon the Petition and
Stipulation filed in this cause, and all parties entitled to .
notice of this hearing having waived notice, and the Court
being fully advised in Che premises, find: 1. That the
Parents, Clem Cornelius Benton, father and his former wife,
Gloria Benton, have entered into a stipulation providing for
the custody and support of their child, Eric Mario Benton,
and it appearing to be for the best interest and welfare of
Che child at this time, it that upon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the stipulation of ~he parents
is ratified and confirmed; that custody of Eric Mario Benton
is granted to the father Clem Cornelius Benton, Jr,; further~
i that the mother is given the right of reasonable visitation
i with the child, Eric l~iario Benton, all in accordance with the
~
stipulation of the parents. It is further
~
~ ORDERED that this court shall retain jurisdiction of this
~
~ cause for the purpose of making such further or other orders
~
Y
~ for the welfare of the child as from time to time may be found
~
~ necessary.
