2. Plaintiff holds a lien ior the total sum superior

this action and shall be reimbursed for them by the clerk if ~

~ 5. On filing the certificate of title the clerk shall
~ distribute the proceeds of the sale, so far as they are sufficient,
~ by paying; first, all of plaintiff's costs including those costs

~ set out in paragraphs l, 3 and 4 hereinabove; second, documen-

~ tary stamps affixed to the certificate; third, plaintiff's
attorneys' fees; fourth, the total sum due to plaintiff less
' costs and attorneys' fees paid plus interest accruing on the
~ total amount set out in paragraph 1 hereinabove at the rate
