The undersigned being the Grantee of that certain Warranty ~
Oeed from KEY REALTY AND DEVELOPMENT, INC., a Florida Corporation
transferring to the undersiqned the follvvinq described real property ~
situated in St. Lucfe County, Florida, to wit: ;
Begin at the Northeast corner of Block 6 of LAWNWOOD ADDITION,
as recorded in Plat Book Paqe 16, of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida; thence run S00~30`35" East, alonq
the West line of South 19th Street, a distance of 142.85 feet,
to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continue S00~30'35" E, a
distance of 30.46 feet; thence run S89°29'25" W, a distance `
of 120.00 feet; thence run N00°30'35" W, a distance of 30.46
feet; thence run N89°29'25" E, a distance of 120.00 feet, to ~
the POINT OF BEGINNING. ~
does hereby accept said conveyance accordinq to the conditions set forth `
in the Warranty Deed executed pursuant thereto and acknowledqes that thia
conveyance is subject to the.provisions of that certain Declaration of
Party t~lalls, Restrictions, Reservations, Easements and Protective Covenant
as recorded in Official Records Book 300, Page 1724 through 1799, all
in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and all actions taken
thereunder. The undersiqned understands that each and every provision
of the aforegoinq documents is made for the benefit of all owners of
parcels of property described therein and does further hereby ratify,
confirm and approve all of said provisions; and aqrees to be bound by
all. of the said provisions; and acknowledges and aqrees that all of eaid
provisions are reasonable, fafr and equitable. The undersigned further
acknowledqes and aqrees that said Declaration and the Purchase Aqreement
executed by the undersiqned, contain all of the warranties, representa-
tions and inducements concerninq the purchase by the undersiqned of the
above-described real property:
