ORDERED AND ADJUDGED tha[ the Petition for Modification of final

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that in addition to the above-ordered amounts

hereby ordered to continue to transmit suppart payments received from the
responsible parent to the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services until

~ event the support paynents shall thereafter be directed and payable to the person
~ having custody of the child(ren).
