THIS CAUSE having come before the Court on the Petitioner's
Motion to Transfer Cash Bail and the Court having considered the
Motion, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion to Transfer Cash Bail
be and it is hereby granted; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Sheriff's Department of St.
Lucie County is hereby ordered to transfer $ 540.00 ~ to the Clerk
of Circuit Court as and for payment of arrearages in the above-styled
; cause and to refund forthwith $ 60.00 to the Respondent.
