• BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared,
VIRGINIA GEORGEFF, who, being duly sworn, says that she is the
Agent and Secretary of the Lienor herein, VIKING'S LANDING PROPERTY
OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., whose address is 2602 S. E. Erickson
Drive, Port St. Lucie, Florida 33452, and that in pursuance with
~the terms and conditions of the Declaration and By-Laws of the
VIRING'S LANDING PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.. W. G. VENTURES, .
INC., a Florida Corporation, has failed to pay~the monthly assess-
ments amounting to $1,020.00 to date, assessed aqainst the following
described real property situated in St. Lucie County, Florida:
Lots 8 and 12, VIRING'S LANDING SUBDIVISION,
PHASE ONE, according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 18, Page 7, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
AND Lot 35, VIRING'S LANDYNG SUBDIVISION,
PHASE TWO, according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book~ 19, Page 6, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Said property owned by W. G. VENTURES, INC., whose interest
