FINAL JZJDGMENT FOR DISSOLUTION OF MAR~t~AGE ~
THIS CAU3E came on for final hearing on t,he 28th day of
November, 1978, and both the Husband and the Wife, having appeared
with counsel and an oral stipulation being pntered by and between
the parties:
1. That the Wife shall have permanent custody of the minor `
children of the parties.
2. That the 3ointly owned home and the furniture shall be in
the permanent possession of the Wife. !

3. That the Husband agrees to pay $40 per week as reasonable
cllild support, which payment shall be remitted promptly to the Wife,
through the Clerk of the Court, in cash, money order or cashier's i
check. In addition thereto, is hereby assessed the sum of ~2.00 as
costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. ~usband and
; Wife are hereby ordered to keep the Clerk of tYie Court advised of

~ their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this Order
~ -
~ is in effect.
~ 4. That the Husband agrees to pay the bills from Thrifty
Finance, Avco Finance and Badcock Furniture,.and the Court being
otherwise advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as ~ollows:

~ l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the Wife,
~
REBECCA JOHI~iSON, and the Husband, JOHNNIE dOHNSON, be and the same
~ is hereby dissolved, and the said parties and each of them are hereby ~
~ forever freed from the bonds of matrimonyheretoYore existing ~
v~ - ~
~ between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. f
