This cause came on for trial the 16th da~y of April, 1979, and
the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and
determines: This Court has 3urisdiction of the parties and sub3ect matter
~ of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife nav exists between the
parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken
and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
OROERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
l. DISSOLUTIDN: The marriage between TNOMAS REED GOLDEN and
i BETTY D. GOLDEN be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and

j each of them are hereby forever freed.from the bonds of matrimony heretofore ~
