ORDER
THIS CAUSE having come before the Court on the Petition
for Child Support filed in this action and the Court having taken
testimony of the parties and having considered the evidence and being
otherwise fully advised in the premises and the Court having found
1. That JOHN DAVID SOUTER is the Husband of ALFREDA SOUTER
and the Father of ALICIA SOUTER.
2. That there is a need for child support from JOHN DAVID
SOUTER to ALFREDA SOUTER. -
3. That JOHN DAVID SOUTER has the ability to pay child =
~ support in this matter.

j 4. That the DEPARTMENT OF HEJALTH AND REHABILITATIVE SERVICES I
~ OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA cannot provide assistance to ALFREDA SOUTER ~

unless she is on welfare or has received welfare payments and therefore t
this matter is improperly.before the Court.
5. That in the event ALFREDA SOUTER files a Petition for
Child Support in her own behalf this Court will order child support
to be paid. Therefore, it is
