ORDER
This cause came to be heard ont3~e Motion of Plaintiffs
to Quash Subpoena of C. R. McDonald and Jacqueline Russakis and -
to grant a Protective Order against the taking of their depo-
sitions. Having heard argument of counsel and being duly
advised in the pr'emises, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. The Motion to Quash Subpoenas is denied. ~
' 2. The Motion for Protective Order is granted with the
i -
~ exception that defense counsel may ask C. R. McDonald and
Jacqueline Russakis one limited question which is, "whether or
not they ever received written authorization from their client
to accept settlement of $4,500.00 for this case." Motion for
Protective Order is granted as to any other corununications
between C. R. McDonald, Jacqueline Russakis and the Korces on
the grounds of attorney/client privilege.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers, Fort Pierce, St. Lucie
