This cause having come before the Court on the Motion of
Defendant, VENTURE OUT IN AMERICA, INC., to Dismiss Plaintiffs'
Second Amended Complaint, and the Court, having received argument
of counsel and being othexwise fully advised in the premises,
having found that Defendant, VENTURE OUT IN AMERICA, INC., although
not a necessary party is a proper party to this action. Therefore,
it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion to Dismiss of Defendant,
VENTURE OUT IN AMERICA, INC., be and the same is hereby denied.
