(7) Your Petitioner, ETHEL H. PBERY, is a resident
of Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, and otherwise
qualified under the laws of the State of Flarida to act as
guardian of the person and property of the incompetent.
WHEREFORE, your petitioner respectfully requests that
she be appointed as guardiar~ of the person and property of
the incompetent.
