Insurance Company , as surety, are held and firmly
bound unto the Honorable Bob Graham, as governor of the state
of Florida, and to his successors in office, in the sum of ~
$ 1,000.00 for the payment whereof we bind ourselves,
our heirs, executors, and administrators, jointly and severally.
The condition of this bond is that, if the above-bound
ETHEL H. PEERY, as guardian of James G. Peery, an incompetent,
performs faithfully all her duties as such guardian according '
to law, then this bond is to be,void; otherwise to remain in
full force and effect. ~
