Notice is given that a suit was instituted in the Circuit Court in
and for St. lucie County, Florida, on the ~ day of April, 1979, by the above-
~ named plaintiff against the above-named defendants, involving the following de-
~ scribed real property lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
A part of Lawnwood Addition Subdivision as
~ recorded in Plat Book 2, page 16, St. Lucie
County, Florida, being more particularly de-
i ~ scribed as follows: From a point on the north
; line of Block 44, Lawnwood Addition, as recorded
~ - in Plat Book 2, page 16, St. Lucie County, Fl~rida, ~
; ' said point being 55 feet west of centerline of South f
~ 13th Street, run South l0 22' 44" East, 1119.03 feet ~
to the point of beginning, thence continue South
x l0 22' 44" East 44.67 feet, then run South 1~ 14'
30" East, 115.33 feet to the North line of an 80
foot right of way for Nebraska Avenue, thence run
North 89° 28' 42" West, 150 feet, thence run North
1~ 22' 44" West 160 feet, thence run South 89~ 28'
~ 42" East, 150 feet to the point of beginning.
~ The relief sought in this suit is the enforcement of a mechanic's ;
