. MORTGAGE MODIFICATION AGREEMENT
The undereiqned, FRANIC!?. GUERRt$RO and PHYLLIS GUERRIERO, his
wife, borrowers, and CiTIZi3NS FEDERAL SAVINGS & LOAN ASSOCiATZON OF
ST. LUCi$ COUNTY, a corporation exiatinq under the laWS of the United
States o! America, lender, hereby aqree to a modilication o! that cer»
tain mortqaqe recorded in O.R. Book 299, at Paqe 1622-1623 of the St.
Lucie County Public Records coverinq the tollowinq-deacribed real
property:
Lots 9, 10, 11 and 12, 81xk 2, of CARLTON'S
ADDTTION TO FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA, as per plat
said addition in Plat Book 1, Paqe 168 of the
Public Records of St. Lucie-County, Florida.
' l. That said mortqage be modified to reflect a principal bal--
ance due of $250,000.00, and that the note dated December 8, 1978, in
connection with said mortqa~qe, be modified to reflect an interest rate
of 10.258 per annum (rather than 9.758 per annum), and that the monthly
installments under said note and mortgage are hereby modified to be
installments under said note and mortgaqe are hereby modified to be
$ 2 315.98 . rather than $2.005.08, and said installments
s a paya e on the first day of May, 1979, and a like amount on
U~~; the corresponding d~?y each month thereafter until the whole swn of the
- principal and interest be paid in full.

2. in connection therewith all other terms and conditions of .
~ the mortqage documents contained in Mortgage Loan No. 22027~807 shall
remain in full force and effect. _ Nothing in this modification ahall
~ be construed to chariqe any of the terms of the executed mortqaqe and
,t note contained in the assxiation's file except for the increase in
r principal amount by $25,000.00 and the increase in interest rate by
..i .5$, and that any points charged aqainst this mortgaqe shall be con-
~~'C sidered interest as to the borroWer, said sum amounting to $250.00 in
s.l points, and that the_Supplemental Agreement executed in connection With
-J - said mortqaqe loan shall remain in full force and effect. This advance
payment is made pursuant to agreen?ent betKeen the parties and the loan
documents themselves.
3. By acknowledging and executing this Mortgage Modification
~Agreement the loan docwnents shall be corrected to reflect the in-
creases herein contained.
