FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came for trial on the 18th day of April, 1979,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
hereto and the subject matter of this suit; that the relation of
husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should
be dissolved. It is, thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between CHARLES
E. COSTOPOULOS and MARGARET E. COSTOPOULOS be and the same is here-
by dissolved and the parties and each of them are hereby forever
freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them ~

` and from the obligations arising therefrom. !

~ 2. PROPERTY.. The Stipulation and Agreement dated April 17,
1979, admitted into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by re-
~ ference and the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions
~
thereof. -
3. RESTORATION OF MAIDEN NAME. The wife be and she is here-
by authorized to assume her maiden name of MARGARET E. MIDGETTE,

and to use the same in all.respects as if said marriage had not `
~ intervened.

~ ~ 4. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
r
hereto, is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be
~ ~

proper. -
