the exclusive title to, use and possession of the 1974 Jamison
Tropic Isle mobile home and shall be solely responsible for the
~payment of any lien thereon; that the Wife, Susan Patricia Justice,
shall execute any and all instruments necessary to transfer to the
Husband, James Benjamin Justice, all of her riqht, title and interest
in said 1974 Jamison Tropic Isle mobile home.
6. The Wife, Susan Patricia Justice, shall have the
right to rettlove from said mobile home one glass coffee table and two
rocking chairs which previously belonged to her mother.
