THIS CAU~E having come on for hearing on Intervenor's Petition +
for Modification of final judgment or order on child support and the Court
having revieWed the file and considered the testimony of witnesses and being
otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Petition for Modification of final
judgment or order on child support shall be and the same is hereby granted;

ORDERED A,~TD ADJUDGED that cor.unencing on f7pr~ I L v ,
19 79 the Father, HOWARD MORRISON , shall pay to the
Clerk ~of this Court the sum of $ 30.00 per week each and every
week , plus $2.00 statutory fee, which amount shall be remitted
monthly by the Clerk`to the Departaent of Health and Rehabilitztive S~rvices,
Child Support Enforcement Unit, 1317 Wine~ood Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida,
32304. All payments shall be made in cash, aoney order or cashiers check. All
money arders and cashiers checks shall bear the payees name and Social Security
j Number and shall be made payable to the CLEP.K OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, and sent to:

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that in addition to the above-ordered amounts

Said arrearage payraent shall continue until entire arrearage is fully paid;

~ responsible parent to the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services until
~ further order of this Court to the contrary or receipt of Notice to Discontinue
~ Payments from the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, in which
~ event the support paytnents shall thereafter be directed and payable to the person
~ having custody of the child(ren).
