THIS CAUSE havinq come before the Court on the 17th day of
April ,19 79 , on Petitioner's Rule To Show Cause and
Respondent having been present in Court and the Court being fully advised
in the premises, i~ is, .
ADJUDGE~J that LYNDLE A. HARPER had the financial ability
to pay the sums hereinafter referred to and is now adjudged guilty of will-
ful contempt of this Court for his willful failure to pay support payments
as directed by Order duly entered herein, a copy of which is at,tached
r~ereto and by reference made a part hereof. It is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as punishment for contempt
LYNDLE A HARPER is hereby sentenced to serve thirtydays ( 30)
in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida, commencing on the 16th
day of - July ,19 79, or as soon thereafter as he may be found.
; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, he may purge himself (either before or after
