ORDER ON RULE TO SHOW CAUSE AND
ORDER OF CONTEMPT
THIS CAUSE having come before the Court on the 17 day of

Ar~ril ,19 79 , on Petitioner's Rule ~ Show Cause and

Respondent having been present in Court and the Court being fully advised
in the premises, i~ is,
ADJUDGED that - WILLIAM GREEN had the financial ability
to pay the sums hereinafter referred to and is now adjudged guilty of will-
ful contempt of this Court for his willful failure to pay support payments
as directed by Order duly entered herein, a copy of which is attached
:Zereto and by reference made a part hereof. It is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as punishment for contempt
WILLIAM GREEN is hereby sentenced to servethirtydays ( 30)
in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida, commencing on the 16th
day of June ,19 79 , or as soon thereafter as he may be found.
, PROVIDED, HOWEVER, he may purge himself ~(either before or after

~ incarceration) and be released by paying the sum of $ 300.00 (arrears)
