ORDER OF CONTEMF'T
THIS CAUSE having come before the Court on the 17t ay of
April ,19 79, on Petitioner's Rule To Show Cause and
Respondent having been present in Court and the Court being fully advised
in the prem=ses, i~ is,
ADJUDGED that JERRY COOPER had the financial ability
to pay the sums hereinafter referred to and is now adjudged guilty of~will-
ful contempt of this Court for his, willful failure to pay support payments
as directed by Order duly entered herein, a copy of which is attached
hereto and by reference made a part hereof. It is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as punishment for contempt
JERRY COOPER is hereby sentenced to servet irtvdays ( 30~
in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida, commencing on the 17th
day of Mav ,19'79 , or as soon thereafter as he may be found.
~ PROVIDED, HOWEVER, he may purge himself (either before or after
