O R D E R ~
THIS CAUS$ was duly presented by the Office of State Attorney,
and the Respondent having'been present in Court, and the-Court being fully
advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Respondent does have a duty to support the minor children
of the_parties, namely: TERESA TALPOS, born 9/6/65; MICHAEL TALPOS, born
8/1/67; MICHELE TALPOS, born 5/22/69;~ BONITA TALPOS, born 12/8/70; and .
KATHALEEN TALPOS, born 2/16/74.
2. Respondent is at the present time unemployed and un-
employable due to physical disabilities.
3. Upon Respondent's rehabilitation and becoming gainfully
~ employed or, in the alternative, receiving any income, disability
i _
~ benefits or otherwise, Respondent shall pay child support for the afore-
f
~ mentioned children in an amount equal to Fifty Percent (50$) of his
income.
4. Each future child support payment so made shall include
an additional $2.00 for payment of Clerk's fee for receiving and dis-
~
bursing support payments. Said payments shall be made in cash, by
cashier's check or by postal money order to the Clerk of the Circuit ~
~ Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, P. O. Drawer 700, Fort Pierce,
Florida 33450, and the said Clerk shall transmit the said payments to:
~ Child Support Enforcement Section, 1317 Winewood Boulevard, Tallahassee,
~ ~
~ Florida 32301 for transmittal to the State of New Jersey as long as the
~
case is certified as a Title IV-D case. If the Clerk receives
