STIPULATED TEMPORARY ORDER
Upon.stipulation hereto and the Court being fully advised
in the premises, it~is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Respondent pay support to the
Petitioner for the benefit of CYNTHIA CIAPPETTA, born April 20,
1968, minor child of the parties, the sum of $65.00 per month, plus
an additional $2.00 for payment of Clerk's fee for receiving and dis-
bursing suppdrt payments. These payments are to begin on the lOth
day of April, 1979, and thereafter on or before the-lOth day of each
and eYery month. Said payments shall be made in cash, by cashier's
check or by postal money order to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of
St. Lucie County, Florida, P. O. Box 700, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, ~
i ~ and the said Clerk shall transmit the said payments to: Child Support
~ Enforcement Section, 1317 Winewood Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida 32301
~ for transmittal to the state of New York as long as the case is ~
certified as a Title IV-D case. If the Clerk receives notification
by the Department of Health & Rehabilitative Services that the case
is no longer a IV-D case, he will then forward all support to: Suffolk
County C. S. E. B./Support Collection Unit, P. O. Box 200, Veterans ~
Memorial Highway, Hauppauge, New York 11787.
This matter may be scheduled for review by the Office
of State Attorney, 19th Judicial Circuit, in and for St. Lucie

~ County, Florida, on behalf of Petitioner, six months from date hereof
~
~ for the purpose of a review of Respondent's financial condition.
