~ AGREEN~NT WAIVING RENT

THIS AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") made and entered into

hereinafter referred to as "L-ess,or" and

herefnafter referred to as "I.essee";

Landnark Villas, Inc. executed and delivered a lease to
Lessee recorded in Official Records•Book 182, Page 1384, of the
Public Records of St.~Lucie County, Florida, as such lease is
amended by agreement recorded in Official Records Book 187,
Page 2804, and in Official Records Book 215, Page 772, all of
the Public Records of St. Lucie Couaty, Florida, and all ref-
erences to the "~ease" nean the lease as anended just described
in this paragraph.
- Lessor is now the owner of the Lessor's~interest in the

corded in Official Records Book 182, at Page 1323, of the Public

Lessee has heretofore executed to certain owners.o€ uni~s -
at Villa Del Sol Con~ominium (such owners being'hereinafter re-
- ferred~to as "Sub-Lessees") sublease agreenents appurtenant to
the condominiurn units owned by the Sub-Lessees and described in
~r paragraph 2 hereof. The sublezse agreeaents grant to the Sub-

~ Lessees certain rights under the lease, ann impose upon the

Sub-Lessees certain obligations to pay a port~on of the rent
