This cause came on before the Court this 18th day of April,
1979 and the Court having been advised of all the premises, and
it appearing to the Court that the former Ausband, CHARLES JOSEPH
BARER, JR., has fully complied with the Order of this Court,wherein
he was ordered to convey certain real property by deed to the former ~
Wife, KATHLEEN MARGARET BAKER, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Sheriff of St. Lucie County
hereby release the former Husband, CI~ARLES JOSEPH BARER, JR., from
the St. Lucie County Jail.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers, in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie
County, Florida, this 18th day of April, 1979.
