KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That I, Roger Poitras, Clerk of
the Circuit Court, in and for St. Lt~cie County, Florida,~in pursuance
of the Final Judgment made and entered on the 29th day of March, 1979,
for and in consideration of the sum of Five Thousand and no/100 dollars
($5,000.00) do hereby release and discharge in full compromise settlement
any and all property, real, personal or otherwise, now owned or hereafter .
to be acquired from the lien, operation and effect of that certain es-
treatment of surety bond ~ E.A.S, 103329, recorded in the Official Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, on March 29, 1979, by.THE STATE OF FLORIDA
for the use and benefit of St. Lucie County, Florida, against Winfred A.
Martin and Eastern Insurance Company, in the case of the State of Florida.
versus Frank Roberts Case No. 76-261-CF-A of the Circuit Court of St.
Lucie County, Florida, as recorded in the records of said Circuit Court
in Official Records book 306 page 091 thereof, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
